Jillian Hernely, born Noel Hennely on the 25th of November 1968. She is an accomplished Canadian actor and singer who has contributed a major contribution to American television. She has been praised for her stellar performance on the American television show Law & Order in which she as Claire Kincaid as a prosecutor for three seasons and Crossing Jordan, wherein she portrayed Jordan Cavanaugh the main character for six seasons. Hennessy showed her talent in independent movies including Chutney Popcorn or The Acting Class. Hennessy started her acting career in 1988, alongside her sister as twin call girls in Dead Ringers. She had a brief stint as a character on Broadway as a part of the show Buddy The Buddy Holly Story in 1990. The Buddy Holly Story in 1990 and stepped into the sci-fi world in 1993, playing Dr. Marie Lazarus in RoboCop 3. In the same year, she became an assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid in the hit NBC Crime Drama Law & Order. The role was a hit with the viewers for three seasons before she left it in 1996. Parker was a part of a variety of movies and television shows, such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys of the Side West Wing Angels and Angels in America. In these roles, she won a Golden Globe Award in 2006 and Emmy Award in 2007. Parker was awarded the Tony Award 2001 for Best Actress in the Broadway Show Proof.
